Giving is core to who we are. The Cotopaxi Foundation provides grants to nonprofits that help communities around the world facing extreme poverty. To date, we’ve helped reach an estimated 4.25 million people by improving access to health, education, and livelihoods

Our Focus
We concentrate our core efforts in Latin America’s poorest communities, investing in health, education, and livelihoods, categories identified by MIT’s Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) to have high potential for alleviating poverty. We also support our grantees when they respond to emergency humanitarian efforts across the globe, as well as nonprofits in the U.S. working to improve education, health, and livelihoods.
How Our Foundation Works
The Cotopaxi Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, which distributes at least 1% of Cotopaxi’s corporate (PBC) revenue in the form of philanthropic grants. We also welcome donations to our foundation, 100% of which directly support our grantees and impact programs.
